3:1 ԱՌՆ, զոր ի նախակարգ բանիս նշանակեմք, վասն որոյ եւ փոյթ արարեալ մեր պատմելոյ, էր Մաշթոց անուն, ի Տարաւնական գաւառէն, ի Հացեկաց գեղջէ, որդի առն երանելւոյ Վարդան կոչեցելոյ:
